Pls suggest a biotin supplement for hair

I am 24 yrs old,mom of 2 girls.i am suffering from severe hair loss since my 2nd delivery.my hair and nails are not at all healthy,they dont have a healthy growth.my nails have become very thin and they break easily.my hair doesnt grow even half an inch a month.my scalp is oily and they are frizzy and dry at the ends.i have tried various DIY's and it did not help me.please suggest a good biotin supplement to get long healthy hair and nails.
