Plenty of hairfall. Stop of its own?

Hello doctor, I had covid 19 in april 2021 and recovered in around 15 days. After recovery, i had noticed a weight loss of around 3kg and i was thinking it might be due to infection and diet. Then, in the month of june,i had got anal fistula and undergone laser surgery for that in the same month of june. After few days, I stated noticing lots of hairfall around 40 hair strands in normal basis on pillow, bedsheet. Whenever, i make my hair wet, i see plenty of hairfalls and i get lots of frustration to see such number of hair strands falling out in wet hair. Recently a week ago, i did my thyroid profile test and it showed subclinical hypothyroidism where my t3 and t4 is in normal range and tsh is just above the upper range. Now, i can feel slight swelling kind near to the right thyroid gland while touching it. Will the hairfall stop of its own ? Currently, I am taking ostocalcium plus (calcium+vit d), folic acid regularly. please advice. Thank you.
