What are these red non itchy rashes..which have thick raised borders at their ends present in my back(more), hands and legs(less) and chest..they are non scally too and are not present over armpits or other private areas nor they are present in any of joints too

As of now it cud be fungal, but it cud even be psoriasis if u have applied something on it.
