Hi , My father had the first bout of fever on 20 th april,2021 about 99 till 22nd april but then temparature dropped to normal , and since then did not have fever. On 27th april, he complained of not able to smell anything and also he had a little bit of shoulder pain and headache. Except this , he does not hve any other symptom. He already consumes pressure tablet everyday and also has the sinus allergy medicine. Can you please tell what medications need to be followed. Kindly suggest.

Fever, loss of smell and taste are suspicious of covid. Plz get a RTPCR and HECT Thorax done. Start all medications. If there is cough plz add a steroid. If any advice u can consult me.
