Hello doctor good evening.. sometimes my bp reading is 155/70 and 148/68. And after some time it is 128/66. Most of time reading between 118-124 and 64-68.. my lower side is most of time between 64-70.. I am patient of health anxiety please reply me

It might be due to anxiety,for which have an opinion from psychiatrist. Once your anxiety reduces, get 24 hour ambulatory monitoring done
