So I understand that with these medicines her sugars are under control. In that case you should continue the medicines.
Also, do consider starting her on regular exercise and a calorie counted diet. If you do that, you will.be able to stop some of her medicines
We can’t change medication based on home glucometer value
She needs to get done her fasting n postprandial blood sugars from lab and also Hba1c to reconsider her medication
