These symptoms can be very distressing, but anxiety and panic can also amplify body sensations after cervical spasm/pain. Since clonazepam helped you sleep, stress and hyperarousal may be contributing too. Don’t suddenly stop or change medicines on your own. Follow up with your psychiatrist and also consult a physician/neurologist to rule out cervical nerve or vestibular issues. Meanwhile, focus on sleep, hydration, neck relaxation, and avoid excessive symptom checking. Most importantly, these symptoms are treatable and manageable.

Your symptoms do sound very distressing, but they do not clearly sound like a primary psychiatric relapse alone.
Next Steps
Avoid repeatedly changing antidepressants rapidly; Since you were stable previously on Paroxetine, it is reasonable to discuss with your psychiatrist
Health Tips
Cervical muscle spasm/posture/physiotherapy. Sleep restoration for a few nights. Hydration, caffeine reduction, screen/light exposure at night. BP monitoring.
