With normal eosinophil count
No allergy suspected
But there is macrocytosis without anemia, probably nutritional or metabolic in cause.
Needs to rule out following
Vitamin B12 / Folate deficiency
• Alcohol intake or liver dysfunction
• Hypothyroidism
• Recent or chronic viral infection
