Hello Sir Honestly commenting on any diet recommendations without having done detailed study on her medical conditions and reports would be incorrect on my behalf. Definitely providing a healthy and balanced diet, planned as per her medical conditions will go a long way in improving her health. At this age multiple health issues can take place and functions of various body parts have to be checked before planning a diet.
Next Steps
I recommend contacting a therapeutic/ clinical nutritionist who has experience in handling medical cases. Also do check the dietitians follow up procedure so that you can have a regular support from the dietitian.

Hi Please get her Vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels checked. Sometimes vitamin or mineral deficiency may also causes weakness issue. > You can give her turmeric tea which is very helpful in reducing inflammation in the body and which make her more energetic. > You can also include the green tea in her diet for ANTIOXIDANTS. >  try to provide the healthy balanced diet including all the nutrients in it. > Do check her water intake that she take good amount of water or not. > sleep is very important for feeling energetic. Try to push her sleep for 7 to 9 hours. Disclaimer : Tips may vary if she is suffering from any other medical issue Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! It can be due to her weight thats coming on knee or it can be due age. If she is over weight the only solution is healthy weight loss. Instead if ensure better solution is take almonds, white roasted sesame seeds, methi seeds in 1:1: half make powder & have it bed time with 1 cup warm milk. It will work best.
