Platelets count not increasing since 9 d

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My sister is having dengue since 9 days but her plateletes is not increasing.we have infused 3 times plateles but again it's coming down by 6k .sometimes more sometimes less.we have heard once we give plateletes ,it automatically starts in increasing. Please help on this

Just relax. Take warm water and electrolytes and have balanced diet it will increase . Get Dengue IGG and IGM antibodies test
