Platelet reducing during 8th month
I am in 9 th month of pregnancy and my platelets are reducing.I got infected with COVID in April 21 after that some how I have regain my platelets but in 9th month it is reducing very fast.I am taking lots of liquid/fruits but still no improvement.Pls advice how to increase my platelets in short span of time
