BP, Sugar and Thyroid are not directly related to macrosomia. You should have a Caesarean. The baby should be looked after by a Paediatrician after the delivery.

Check sugar level Keep bp monitoring Anomaly scan? Normal? Depending on how the baby is oriented and fetal weight   your pelvis you may land up in cesarean delivery

Fetal AC above 95th centile indicates a big baby. Usually seen in association with gestational diabetes. Your doctor should discuss with you in keeping complete history in mind and may plan a term induction to avoid issues with delivery of big baby.
Next Steps
Consult obstetrician with the report
Health Tips
Limit intake of sugar and fruits. Adequate monitoring and control of blood sugar levels. Timely delivery.
