Platelet on lower side
My platelet count remains at 1.3 lakhs to 1.52 lakhs. I had fatty liver grade 1 , but now it is not there are recovered after reducing my weight. My current weight is 81kg , and height is 5ft 11 inch. Can there be a underlying problem for platelets to be on lower side .

Get a peripheral smear test done.. Platelet life span is 8-10 days. Unless one is actively bleeding Low platelet is not much of concern

Get a manual platelet count. Repeat cbc every week for 3 weeks. We will see then ..
