Asked for Male, 21 Years

Is a platelet count of 4.57 lakhs cause of worry? Mine has stayed in range of 4 lakhs to 4.7 lakhs since 3 years... highest was 5 lakhs in June 2018 and lowest was 3.2 lakhs in May 2020 I have been told unless it's above 6 lakhs nothin to worry.. But I have chest pain n fatigue... worried that platelets will cause heart issues n clotting issues...

Platelets only donot show your complete health status . The blood picture has to be seen as a whole . Secondly platelets can also fall in certain infections . However a minor difference in platelet count like 4.5/4.7/5 is not significant if other things are normal . Chest pain and fatigue can be unrelated to platelet count .
