Platelet count is reducing day by day
Hi
My mom has fever 5 days back diagnosed no positive on viral fever and fever got down in 3 days but the platelet count going down day by day first day wbc, platelet (1800, 1.9) second day (3000, 1.37) third day (3900, 1.11) today (4800, 0.84) now the wbc is normal and platelet count is going down will thier be any issue should we admit her hospital?
Today she has taken injection "Tazira Lyo 4.5mg
Suggest me what action we should take.
