Asked for Male, 42 Years

Hello doctor , my blood test shows platelet 421000 and TLC-13000/cumm,RBC count 5.39 million/cmm, PCV-56.2%,MCV-100.5 cumm, MCHC- 29.5%. I am not having temperature and other symptoms .what would be the reason.Is there any worry.
