Apply Contrast bath twice a day in which you have to take two buckets in one put hot water and in other put cold water. Put your leg fist in hot water for 3 mins and then in cold water for 1 mins. do this alternatively from both the legs for 20 mins
And you need to do some stretching's and for that you have to visit a good physiotherapy center
