Hi ..i'm planning to get pregnant. My ultrasound scan and thyroid test are normal ..do i have to start any vitamin tablets before getting pregnant ?

Hi Eat well, small frequent meal and well balanced diet.  You can have include one table of iron supplements everyday post breakfast 30mins .

Take a well balanced  diet including  variety  of cereals, pulses,lentils, green  leafy vegetables, other vegetables, milk and dairy ,fruits and nuts regularly  in your diet Avoid stress

Hi for that you have to consult your gynecologist. Yes but for food related start eat different types of fruit and vegetables!! Every day consumes aleast 4 to 5 types of different varieties. I hope you get your answers

Eat ur daily meals include more nutrients  in every meals. Milk milk products,vegetables,fruits,sprouts millets are all healthy. Ñuts,methi,ghee ,are all to be included in everyday meal. Walking,yoga,will also help to keep u fit . Once u get pregnant then call thru practo for followup.
