My wife was on isotretinoin 10 mg twice daily for her facial acne treatment. We were advised not to plan a baby during course of treatment. After how many days we can think so. Please advice.

Hi. Greetings . you ll need to practise contraception till atleast one month after completion or stopping of the drug to prevent any kind of abnormalities in the embroyo that is conceived.
