Asked for Female, 30 Years

Today I went for scan and reports are like ruptured follicles and edrometrium is 7.9mm and yesterday doctor prescribed me a m2tone syrup daily thrice,and today she prescribed folvit tablets daily once and told to visit when periods missed after confirmation pregnancy test. above syrup and folvit shall I continue ,plz suggest details how to follow up schedule of taking medicine and what is good for me 😊
