I am 33 years male and we are plannig to have our first kid. Just came to know thati have 7.45 tsh but t3 and t4 are normal. can i reduce my tsh level just by excercise regularly or i have to take medicine.? and if start taking medications , is itpossible to stop medicine in future as 7.45 tsh is not so high.
