But during pregnancy days the doctor told us that the egg( zygote) was planted in fallopian tube, due to which she was under full bed rest for last six months of pregnancy.

Is your baby ivf baby because in that process only zygote is implanted in either in fallopian tube or direct in uterus.Its not like that last pregnancy got through ivf then in this it is not possible try it.
