My wife has undergone colour Doppler ush today ga by lmp- 34 week 3 days
Ga by usg - 33week , fhr - 132 , weight- 2274 kg
But placenta anterior maturity grade 3 ...My question is does grade 3 so early is something to worry.. but blood is normal

Go for a colour doppler and check for the blood flow in umbilical arteries , MCA and DV.. arteries where we see blood flow from mother to baby.. if its normal ask the mother to assess baby movements daily and get a doppler test when needed
