Grade 3 placenta at 32 weeks can have complications such as fetal growth restriction and gestational hypertension. So make sure fetal growth parameters in scan are normal. Take high protein diet, sleep in left lateral position, blood pressure recordings and monitor daily fetal movement counts. Any issues with the above report to your obstetrician. Regular antenatal visits as advised.
