Hernia is a surgical condition and through constant straining, weight lifting the condition gonna get worse.. try to rest as much as possible.
For Urine leakage u can carefully perform Kegel exercises. If hernia gets worse, doesn't recommend the exercise to be continued.
Have a fibre diet
Drink plenty of water
Regular yoga
When passing stool ,try not to strain a lot
