Hi, mild pinkish spots on scrotum with minimal itch can be due to simple irritation or mild fungal issue, keep the area clean and dry. Avoid tight underwear.

you are presenting with a localized skin patch that shows minimal itching and no active pain. While a superficial dermatophyte infection (fungal infection like tinea) remains a possibility, the distinct lack of intense pruritus (itching) and the specific visual borders require a careful differential look to rule out non-fungal inflammatory conditions such as eczema, localized contact dermatitis, or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Next Steps
To clinically inspect a high-resolution close-up photograph of your skin patch, determine definitively whether it is fungal or inflammatory, and provide a targeted prescription cream to safely fix the issue, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
