Hi, mild pinkish spots on scrotum with minimal itch can be due to simple irritation or mild fungal issue, keep the area clean and dry. Avoid tight underwear.

It can be due to friction or sweating. May be also hair follicle infection.
Don't use any steroid containg cream it can be worsen.
Use moiture Cream.
Keep local part clean and wash with water.
