Pink spots on skin with pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have got pink spots all my back ,over thighs and legs since past 10 days. They are slightly painful and sometimes I am catching fever. The spots on back have subsided and formed scars and today again the spots on legs got aggravated. What can this be?
