Pink spots on palm

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Recently I had a medical abortion..after which I had intercourse and the protection tore off so eventually I took a birth control pill with in 3 hours...after that I'm getting symptoms of pregnancy..insomnia and sometimes I sleep for the whole day..and today I got pinkish spots on my palm is that a symptom of pregnancy too?
