Pink numbs near anus

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Around 4 days ago I have these small pink bumbs around my anus that occasionally itch slightly and only get when pressure is applied to them. They are small and barely stick out and are as pink as my anus. I had a internal hemroid around half an inch past my anus a month ago that I recovered from. I was wonder what this was and if I should be worried and the treatments.
