Pimples on my back with dark patches

Hello doctor i m gaurav of 18 and i having pimples like thing only on by back n sholder with dark patches( light black, brown) and these patches on other parts also like belly ,chest theigh ,etc ...these patches are few on my body (about 10) while highly accumulated on back h shoulder ( about 20)
