Pimples on hair scalp

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I'm facing this issue from last 2 months. I have pimples of yellow colour on my hair scalp . They 10-15 total but when one gets settled down other comes up.. they are in group of 4-5 above my ears on both sides and also on front of my head. When I touched I feel pain and it contains water type liquid. Due to this I m facing hair loses because where ever it comes up hair loss gets started. Ketomac and scalpe shampoo was suggested twice a week but it's not geeting reduces. Little Dandruff is also there
