Hi there...
Perhaps your foundation was 'oil based' & precipitated a comedogenic acne.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
It looks like the foundation didnât suit your skin and caused acne.
Next Steps
Stop using it for now. Wash your face twice daily with a gentle face wash and keep your skincare simple. Aloe vera can soothe, but it wonât clear pimples completely.
Health Tips
You can apply a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide gel on the pimples at night. Avoid touching or picking them. If it doesnât improve in 5â7 days or gets worse, consult a dermatologist.
This looks like acne breakouts triggered by comedogenic (pore-clogging) foundation. It is common after using new cosmetic products. Aloe vera alone will not be enough to control this.
Next Steps (What should the patient do next?):
• Stop using that foundation immediately
• Use a non-comedogenic moisturizer
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution:
• Do not pick or squeeze pimples (can cause marks)
• Avoid heavy/oily cosmetics for now
• Always choose “non-comedogenic” products in future
