No..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

It’s a condition called pseudofolliculitis or common man terminology ingrown hairs. Ideally it’s best to just maintain a trim beard rather than shaving however, other options are available if you wish to achieved a clean shaved look without the irritation of seeing pustules on the chin

I am available online for a consultation

It sounds like folliculitis in the beard area. You may also have acne related skin changes. You need to start specific antibiotics and anti-acne medication. If you would like a detailed prescription, do share images of the affected area via the online consult option.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist
Health Tips
Do not delay seeking medical attention because severe disease can cause irreversible patchy hair loss over the affected areas
