Maam i m doing gym from last 1.5 yrs but then i took 3 months break and the all freshly again i have started so then on my back big pimples have started coming. I had a talk with the trainer he said it is happening most males now a days and yes i am taking protein supplements of top US brand.
So what is the reason of having these pimples on my back and how can i treat it?
