Pimples near tje underarms area.
It appears to be strange red pimples near the underarms area, but they are hard and does not have a pimple head. There are around 7-8 pimples and it is not itchy and painful.

these are molluscum contagiosum. They would not subside easily just by creams. You will have to get them removed by a procedure. Please meet a qualified certified dermatologist to get it properly excised. hope this is helpful.
