Pimples near genital.
For last 15 days my friend had been dealing with itching near his genitals, and now he got to know of pimple around his penis, we are worried now. The pimple doesn't cause much pain but around other areas there has been itching for few days. We are sexually active but we haven't had it for last 5-6 months.

Any genital lesion needs to be properly examined to rule out all the possible sexually transmitted diseases. Since the picture that has been posted is not very clear , it is not possible to be sure of the diagnosis. Also a more detailed history is required to come to a conclusion.
