Hi doctors I had pimples in my penis and consulted doctor and took treatment, aplied betnovate c for 5 days and it was cured after 6/7 days I made sex with my wife and the same problem repeated and I aplied same oitment for for 5 days, After 5/6 days I did masturbation with my hand again the same problem and penis is Getting tight when it open and it is most dry than normal level Please suggest me what would be the problem and what magician I should take
