Pimples and fungus in head

Dear mam I have visited ur clinic last month for pimples with dark marks on skin and fungus in head u have given me one month medicine now I am going to complete this month process now my pimples and fungus in head is clear but few dark marks on my skin is still availbe what should I do. Mam can I continue to use face wash and location and which shampoo I should use
