Pimples and Acne on My Face

Hi. I'm 20 years old boy and I've a problem which I am unable to get out of it. I've oily skin and I've acne on my face and I don't why it is not ending up. I've heard this happens in teenage and usually disappears when you are above 18 or 19 but I'm still facing this issue. Many people recommend that use betnovate. Please help me on this issue.
