Pimple on hair area private part.
I have got pimple on top of my penis where hair area and penis joints. I'm keeping it dry and doesn't put water there due to soon recovery.
Sometimes some very small minute quantity liquid comes out.
Kindly advise me I have to leave it alone or suggest me some oinment.
I have attached photo of that pimple.

Hair follicle infection. Need to uproot the hair which is infected and apply some antibiotic powder for few days. Consult for further advice.
