My hand and legs get dark because of sun what should i do to get my normal skin colour in month and on my face i have pimples and pimpkes mark what should i do to reduce it

You can use a sunscreen if tanning is what you are concerned about. There can be other causes why your skin has turned darker. It has to be evaluated by a dermatologist who will also take care of the pimples and pimple marks.

Most important thing to avoid tanning is liberal use of sunscreen.in order to reduce the acquired tan u can go ahead with peelings along with home care.
As far as your face is concerned peeling will help there too.but for acne oral n topical medicines r necessary.visit a doctor for a treatment plan.
