Doctor I am suffering from piles one year. I consult it with am allopathic doctor. But it cannot be cured. Now I have itching burning and pain usually in the night time. If surgery is good for it?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Please let me tell you one thing, its definitely curable. And also it can be managed with proper diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
