Pilonidal cyst

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I discovered these tiny cavities a month back in my butt crack and these have multiplied since then. I seem to have more than 5 tiny holes and often secret some blood and puss. It has started to pain and makes it difficult to sit at times. I am following the precautions to keep the area clean. Help. No idea what to do?
