Sir today morning eaten pill because I am doing root canal treatment so doctor give me antibiotic capsule and vitamin capsule today morning eaten pill just after that little pain sensation in chest very little discomfort while eating very little only I asked doctor he told take pentab 40 for 5-7 days you will be fine please tell what is the exact issue

Antibiotics you are on may cause gastritis. This can easily be managed with the medication your doctor is advising you. Take one tablet before breakfast for as long as you are taking the antibiotic. Consult if and when needed.
