20 days back I visited to gen surgeon...
He checked and said there is one pile and anal pore is decreased...I have to get operation...
Right now I am using pilex,Hilo capsules,Cremaffin syrup,Abhayrishtha syrup...
From 3 days I am getting tight stool... But good thing is that till now I never got blood...
I have exam exactly after 70 days...I am preparing for this exam from past 2 years
I have to revise and give mock everyday...Very imp exam in my life
Plz tell me what to do I am very tensed
Daily I am taking 4-5 litres of water...Orange, pomegranate,Keera (cucumber), Coconut water,Guava fruits...sometimes rice with curd...along with above written medicines
Plz tell me what should I do to dec my pain I don't want to get operation now...Last 70 days...After that I will go for anything...

Please do Sitz bath ( sit in a tub of lukewarm water with rock salt crystals or potassium peranganate crystals) for 10 to 15mins twice a day follow by Smuth ointment for local application .
2 to 3 litres of water is sufficient . Continue cremaffin 15 ml (alter dose according to requirement plus or minus 5 ml)
High fibre diet. Avoid spicy food.
Consult a surgeon after your exam or immediately if symptoms worsen.
