For anorectal diseases Ayurveda works extremly well...to relive ur pain u have to relieve constipation permanently by follow these diet and by taking these medicines...i u have any external piles means u can feel some external overgrowth while cleaning near anal region then it is external pile and u have apply one medicine to decrease its growth

Fiber supplement: Metamucil, take as directed.
Stool softener: Over the counter Docusate 100mg twice a day.
Hemorrhoid meds:Â
For bleeding and itching: Hydrocortisone rectal (Proctosol-HC) 2.5% cream BID or
Hydrocortisone 25 mg PR bid, apply after bowel movement.
For pain: benzocaine (orajel) apply as needed, max 4x/day.
Also can try:Â sitz baths.
Surgical options:
