Piles problem
My father has piles. Doctor said that it is complicated. Some pus like thing is also excreted sometimes. What are the complications associated with it? Is it very serious? Please help me.Thank you.

If your father has pus discharge in anus or nearby, it is fistula in ano. This will need surgery.  Piles means descend of blood cushions which present with bleeding.  Severity of fistula depends upon the type.  Low type is simple high type is complicated
