Go to General Surgeon for accurate diagnosis by local examination. If he says it is really 3rd stage piles then surgery is better option.

Grade 3 piles may sometimes respond to conservative measures like dietary modification, avoiding constipation, adequate fluids, and lifestyle changes. However, some cases may require procedural or surgical opinion depending on symptoms. If whey protein is causing bloating or constipation, it is better to avoid or reduce it for now and focus on fibre-rich foods. A proper clinical examination is needed to decide further management and whether any procedures are required. You can consult a general surgeon for detailed evaluation and guidance.
