Piles problem
I am suffering from Piles from past 2 days. Have started with Ayurvedic medicine but i am not able to get relief. I am not able to paas stool due to pain and my stool is little hard. Can you please provide any other possible solution for this.

Usually piles do not cause pain.
Fissure is more likely cause from your history.
Avoid constipation.
Needs proper treatment to avoid need of surgery
