Hi doctor
I am 26 year old and mother of 5 month old son. I have been suffering from piles or fissure dont know for about a month . I have attached an image . there are lumps on anus.
What medicine should i use for it .
And what other things to know.
Actually i feel pain while passing stool. But sometimes blood also occur. Apart of that i feel some niddle itching sensation while sitting.
So please guide and suggest medicine to cure permanently.

You have fissure. Looks like chronic fissure due to repeated episodes. And they why the lumps seen called as sentinel piles. It is cos of passing hard motions usually. Medical management as in ointment n stool softeners can.b used. But chronic cases it needs spincterotomy under Anaesthesia. Sane thing I do with laser. Early recovery ND permanent solution.
